  • Harm families, especially those with children who rely on full-spectrum CBD for conditions like epilepsy and autism. 
  • Devastate small businesses, risking over 18,000 jobs and $3.14 billion in lost economic activity—during a $12 billion state budget deficit. 

This is not just regulation—it’s an industry takeover that favors marijuana retailers at the expense of consumer choice and public health.
